Bird and Lil Play on IM Again

Here's part of a longer bird and lil poem, taken from one of our trading words or phrases one at a time IM's last week.

The first tthree lines are bird's, the next three are mine, then we continue to alternate...

    Moving
    In time's
    delegated spaces,

    Leaving
    Fermenting
    Sweet and lonely traces

    Folding and scolding
    In upon themselves
    Like haiku,

    I find you

  • I find Bird and your poetry very clever. It is difficult to write shared poetry, but always so much fun.

  • Always so interesting.  Dave is who?  I have been away too long.

  • Oh, I like this poem! "Moving in time's delegated spaces" set the image in mind for me of a picture I like called 'Nude Descending a Staircase' by Duchamp . . . so that the "spaces" talked about in the poem did fold in upon themselves. Hmmmm . . . well anyway, I'm not making this very clear. Suffice it to say I'm a very visually oriented person and I saw your poem in that way and it was pleasing . . .
